Coaches follow our discipline policy to ensure each participant enjoys a positive, fun weekend filled with learning. While aspects of the camp deviate from the typical martial arts class experience and are less structured, it is made clear that participants are to respect coaches so the coaches can in turn provide a great experience.

If a participant is being disruptive, a coach will pause and speak to the participant privately.

If the participant continues being disruptive, the coach lead in the current coach group will pause and speak to the participant privately and make it known that they will have to sit out if the participant needs to be talked to again.

Finally, if the participant continues being disruptive, the coach lead will have the participant step out and talk with one of the Co-Founders. If a solution cannot be found, the parents will be asked to pick up the participant.

We typically find the coach/participant bonding experience to be quite strong, so we do everything we can to ensure everyone has a chance to connect with a coach or coaches.
